At SnugPaws, we offer free tracked Australia-wide shipping on all orders.
Please read our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to customers within Australia only.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping cost
Free tracked Australia-wide shipping is included with every SnugPaws order.
There are no extra shipping charges at checkout for standard delivery.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During product launches, busy periods or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is usually:
7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, supplier processing times, public holidays or other delays outside our control.
Remote and regional areas may take longer.
Tracking information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@snugpaws.au.
Fulfilment partners
To keep our products affordable and available Australia-wide, some SnugPaws orders may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.
Your order may arrive in separate packages if multiple items are ordered.
Delivery delays
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated delivery window, but delays can happen.
SnugPaws is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, incorrect addresses, weather events, public holidays, customs checks or other events outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the delivery status where possible.
Incorrect shipping details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
SnugPaws is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at support@snugpaws.au.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@snugpaws.au with your order number.
We will help check the tracking details and investigate the issue where possible.
If tracking shows the order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbours, your local post office or courier collection point.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at support@snugpaws.au within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the issue
• A short description of the problem
We will review the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
